- Get a kick ass juicer. Its going to become your BFF :)
- Pick up a good Multi-Vitamin and don't forget Spirulina ( herb based protein, VERY important)

- Get Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar- a little hidden diet gem that works wonders!
Now comes the fun :) day 1-3 aka HELL!
