Lets get one thing straight......I LOVE FOOD! I love everything about FOOD! Cooking it, baking it, socializing with it, and most of all EATING IT :) But when I ended my sentence every Sunday night with " I'll start my diet on Monday" I knew a change had to be made. The problem with other "diets" out there is that they are WAY TOO EXTREME. What if I only want to loose 10lbs? Or what if I just want to feel better about myself? Well ladies, I'm not claiming to have found the cure, but its pretty damn close and I have never felt better!!
